Eminem’s Most-Streamed Albums Revealed on Spotify

Sam AllcockBy Sam Allcock25/07/20244 Mins Read

In a recent analysis by Casinos Sweeps, Eminem’s most streamed albums on Spotify have been unveiled, with his latest release topping the list. The study provides insight into which of the rapper’s albums are garnering the most daily streams.

Leading the pack is The Death of Slim Shady, Eminem’s 12th studio album. Since its release on 12 July 2024, the album has averaged an impressive 5,157,451 streams per song each day. This conceptual album delves into Eminem’s alter ego, Slim Shady, addressing contemporary issues such as cancel culture and generational divides. The most streamed track from this album is “Houdini,” reflecting its rapid ascent in popularity.

Following closely is Kamikaze, released unexpectedly in 2018. The album has accumulated an average of 119,496 streams per song daily. Known for its unfiltered critique of both Eminem’s critics and the music industry, Kamikaze includes standout track “Venom,” which has significantly contributed to its high streaming numbers. Despite receiving mixed reviews, the album’s raw energy and biting commentary have left a lasting impact.

In third place is Music to Be Murdered By, which has achieved 96,661 daily streams per song since its release in January 2020. The album, inspired by Alfred Hitchcock’s 1958 album of the same name, features a mix of reflective and controversial tracks. Notable collaborations with artists such as Juice WRLD and Ed Sheeran have bolstered its streaming figures. The track “Godzilla,” renowned for Eminem’s record-breaking fast rap verse, is the album’s most popular song.

The fourth spot is held by The Eminem Show, which has recorded an average of 62,058 streams per song per day. Released in 2002, this album offers a deep dive into Eminem’s personal experiences and relationships. Its detailed storytelling and controversial content have made it a fan favourite. With over 7 billion total streams, it remains the most played Eminem album on Spotify.

Recovery, Eminem’s 2010 release, ranks fifth with an average of 51,986 streams per song per day. The album marks a significant turning point in the rapper’s career, focusing on his path to sobriety and personal growth. Tracks like “Going Through Changes” and “You’re Never Over” resonate with listeners, reflecting his struggles and triumphs.

In sixth place is The Marshall Mathers LP2, which has an average daily stream count of 47,393. This 2013 release serves as a sequel to the critically acclaimed The Marshall Mathers LP. It features a blend of emotional tracks and energetic anthems, including the iconic “Rap God,” which has been pivotal in the album’s success.

The original The Marshall Mathers LP holds the seventh position with 43,706 streams per song daily. Released in 2000, this seminal album cemented Eminem’s place in hip hop history. With classics like “The Real Slim Shady” and “Stan,” it has amassed over four billion total streams since its debut.

Revival, which occupies the eighth spot, has garnered an average of 42,660 streams per song each day. Released in 2017, the album features collaborations with Beyoncé and Alicia Keys and tackles various social and political issues. Despite receiving mixed reviews, it has earned nearly two billion streams.

Encore is ninth, with an average of 24,423 daily streams per song. Released in 2004, this album includes a range of tracks from serious commentary to humorous content. Despite some criticism for its excessive humour, it remains a beloved part of Eminem’s discography, with over three billion total streams.

Finally, The Slim Shady LP rounds out the top ten, averaging 13,409 streams per song per day. Eminem’s debut studio album, produced by Dr Dre, introduced his iconic alter ego and set the stage for his future success. With tracks like “My Name Is” and “Guilty Conscience,” the album won Eminem his first Grammy and was a commercial success.
