Cheshire Property Development Group Limited (CPDG), a leader in luxury real estate, has announced the appointment of two new directors, Lee Walton and Gordon Parkin.

Cheshire Property Development Group Limited (CPDG), known for its focus on opulent living and sustainable luxury homes, has bolstered its leadership team with the addition of two experienced directors. Lee Walton and Gordon Parkin, each boasting over two decades of expertise in managing prestigious and diversified projects, will join CPDG as the company aims to enhance its growth strategy across the North East and North West of England.

Paul Carroll, Director of CPDG, expressed his enthusiasm about the new appointments, stating, “On behalf of the Board and CPDG, we welcome both Lee and Gordon to the team. They have a fantastic track record, and we have no doubt that their success will continue at CPDG.” Their expertise is expected to further strengthen the company’s position in the luxury home development and construction sectors.

The company also announced the addition of two new projects to its development portfolio, which have a combined Gross Development Value (GDV) of £18 million. Walton shared his vision for his role at CPDG: “Over the past 15 years, I have enjoyed working on many diversified and complex projects. I hope to bring some of my experience to bear in helping CPDG bring its portfolio of projects to fruition and maintain its position as a respected and successful luxury real estate developer.”
