Arthur D. Little (ADL) has announced the promotion of nine new Partners across its global offices, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to nurturing internal talent and recognising exceptional expertise across key sectors. The promotions, spanning offices from Rome to Tokyo, highlight ADL’s dedication to its people and their professional growth while strengthening its offering to clients worldwide.
The new Partners bring a wealth of experience in sectors ranging from telecoms and energy to digital strategy and transport. According to ADL, the promotions reflect the firm’s core values of developing talent and empowering experts who have demonstrated significant contributions to their respective industries.

Among the new appointments is Elisabetta Cafforio, from ADL’s Telecom, IT, Media & Electronics Practice in Rome. Elisabetta, who heads ADL’s Strategic Advisory Services for Competition and Regulation (SASCAR) Competence Center, has led multiple regulatory and M&A projects across the telecoms and media sectors, demonstrating exceptional leadership in her field.
Francesco Cotrone, based in Dubai, is part of ADL’s Travel & Transportation Practice and has made significant contributions to logistics and human capital transformation in the Middle East. His expertise in organisational transformation has played a crucial role in ADL’s thought leadership on logistics.
In Boston, Hariprasad Pichai, also from the Telecom, IT, Media & Electronics Practice, has built ADL’s business in the US, advising on corporate strategy and growth acceleration in the technology and telecoms sector. Hariprasad is recognised for his knowledge of cloud computing and is a frequent speaker at industry events.
Meanwhile, John Kim, based in Tokyo, has emerged as a leader in digital strategy. Specialising in Web3, Blockchain, and Metaverse technologies, John has led over 20 digital transformation projects across Asia. His appointment strengthens ADL’s digital expertise in the region.
In London, Michael Papadopoulos has been promoted within ADL’s Catalyst division, where he leads the Architecture, Security & Compliance team. With 15 years of experience in technology consulting, Michael is spearheading new technology offerings, including cybersecurity and technology due diligence services.
Naoki Matsuo, also based in Tokyo, has become a key figure in ADL’s Performance Practice, advising clients in telecoms and energy on growth strategy and transformation. Naoki’s deep industry knowledge has made him a trusted advisor to CXOs in Japan.
Other new Partners include Paritosh Mukhija and Samir Imran, both based in Dubai, and Tobias Aebi, also in the city, who focuses on energy, aerospace, and defence. Paritosh advises media and entertainment clients on business planning in the Middle East, while Samir leads ADL’s Future of Cities platform, exploring innovations in autonomous mobility. Tobias has been instrumental in national strategy projects in the energy and defence sectors.
