The latest lineup includes the advanced tri-band RAP7110C Ceiling Mount Access Point, the versatile dual-band RAP750W Indoor Wall Mount Access Point, and the rugged RAP750AO Outdoor Access Point.
The RAP7110C Ceiling Mount Access Point marks a significant upgrade from previous Wi-Fi 6 technologies. Powered by Qualcomm’s Networking Pro Wi-Fi 7 platform, this tri-band access point offers speeds up to 10.7 Gbps by utilising the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz frequency bands. This advancement is designed to deliver comprehensive performance improvements and faster connectivity.
For indoor environments, the RAP750W Indoor Wall Mount Access Point provides dual-band connectivity with speeds of approximately 5 Gbps. This model is tailored for smaller spaces such as hotel rooms, classrooms, and small offices, delivering optimal coverage and transmission speed.
The RAP750AO Outdoor Access Point is built for durability and functionality in challenging outdoor conditions. It also uses the Qualcomm Wi-Fi 7 platform and supports various IoT capabilities, including Bluetooth (BLE) and 802.11ah. With an IP67 waterproof rating and operational temperature range of -40˚C to 65˚C, this access point is ideal for environments such as courtyards, pool areas, and stadiums.
Jeffrey Liu, CEO of SonicFi, highlighted the superiority of the new Ronto Wi-Fi 7 series, noting significant performance improvements over competitors. “Our new Wi-Fi 7 AP series demonstrates a 55% increase in throughput performance at 23 meters and a remarkable 200% improvement at 28 meters compared to other solutions,” Liu said.
