STRATEGIC MOVE STRENGTHENS WREN’S PRESENCE IN THE HEART OF LONDON’S PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT SECTOR

The UK’s number one kitchen retailer, Wren Kitchens & Bedrooms, is set to open the doors to its brand new Chiswick High Street showroom on Friday 13th June. Located at Unit 1, Chiswick Green, 414 Chiswick High Road, this marks a significant milestone as the retailer’s first location to feature both a high street presence and a dedicated Contracts office.

Located in a prime West London setting with excellent transport links, the new showroom has been designed to provide direct support to London based developers and property professionals within the fast moving Build to Rent and Purpose Built Student Accommodation sectors.

The Contracts office provides a central base for Wren’s growing Contracts team, offering tailored support and dedicated project management expertise for large scale residential developments. The showroom will also feature contract specific product ranges, including Linear Slab, Easyfit Plus, Easyfit Max and durable acrylic worktops, designed to meet the demands of high volume projects.

As Wren continues to grow its presence in the professional property development market, this new location underlines the brand’s commitment to supporting industry partners with flexible end to end project delivery, from design through to installation.

Damian Sheridan, Wren Contracts Sales Director, said: “This new Contracts office in Chiswick marks a major step forward in how we support our London-based partners. By establishing a dedicated base in the capital, we’re strengthening relationships and making it easier for developers to access our contract-specific product ranges, project management expertise and end-to-end service, especially on projects based around PBSA and BTR specifications. It’s all about being faster, more flexible and more accessible to the sectors that need us most.”
