Kolsquare, one of Europe’s top influencer marketing platforms and a Certified B Corporation, has been acquired by team.blue, a prominent tech group operating across 23 European countries. The deal, which bolsters team.blue’s portfolio in the fast-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) sector, marks a significant step for both companies as they seek to expand their digital service offerings to businesses and agencies across Europe.
Team.blue is one of Europe’s largest private tech companies, providing a wide range of digital services, including web hosting, domains, e-commerce, lead generation, and social media solutions. With a presence in major markets such as the UK, France, Germany, and Italy, the group aims to provide businesses and entrepreneurs with the tools they need to succeed in an increasingly digital world.
Founded in Paris in 2018 by CEO Quentin Bordage, Kolsquare has rapidly established itself as Europe’s leading influencer marketing technology platform. It specialises in helping brands scale their influencer marketing efforts through data-driven strategies and partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) on major social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. With over 50 employees and a comprehensive database of influencers spanning 180 countries, Kolsquare’s platform offers advanced analytics and a user-friendly interface to manage influencer campaigns from outreach to reporting.
