FPT, a leading global technology corporation, has announced the creation of a joint venture with P3 Group, an international consulting firm founded in 1996. The new company, P3 Vietnam Ltd., aims to combine FPT’s scalability and rapid execution capabilities with P3’s deep industry expertise to set new benchmarks in software development.

The joint venture will provide a range of software solutions tailored to specific industry needs, including the automotive and energy sectors, offering customers high-end software services delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.

The partnership between FPT Software, a subsidiary of FPT Corporation, and P3 Group leverages their complementary strengths to address the growing demand for digital transformation across industries. This venture is designed to enhance their ability to support customers in implementing technological innovations on a global scale.

P3: Industry Expertise and Market Knowledge

P3 Group, renowned for its deep understanding of industry-specific challenges, brings decades of experience in consulting for Western markets to the partnership. The company has long been trusted by clients in sectors such as automotive and energy to optimise internal processes and solve complex business challenges.

Robert Rendl, Chief Operating Officer of P3 Group, highlighted the significance of the new venture: “This joint venture enhances our competitiveness and expands our capacity for resources and competencies. This allows us to support our customers even more efficiently and precisely in their digital transformation.”

The collaboration allows P3 to utilise its industry expertise in combination with FPT’s proven ability to execute large-scale technology projects quickly and efficiently.

FPT: Global Growth and Rapid Execution

FPT, a leader in IT services, is known for its ability to deliver scalable solutions across diverse industries. The company has a strong global presence, with ambitious plans to expand further. Through this joint venture, FPT Software aims to accelerate its international growth while continuing to offer cost-efficient solutions that meet the demands of large-scale digital transformation projects.

Nguyen Khai Hoan, Senior Executive Vice President of FPT Software, expressed his confidence in the joint venture’s potential: “FPT has established a solid presence in the European market and has become a trusted partner for hundreds of enterprises. As we advance our investments in this strategic market, the joint venture with P3 will help enhance our capabilities and extend our offerings to serve a broader client base. With our leading position in Vietnam, we are also confident in providing our customers with optimised cost efficiencies and streamlined operations.”

Cost-Efficient Solutions for Global Customers

The new company will deliver software solutions through a “Best-Shore” model, combining Onshore, Nearshore, and Offshore services to cater to customers’ financial and operational needs. This approach is expected to deliver highly cost-efficient solutions without compromising on quality or execution speed.

Leadership Structure

The joint venture will be led by Duong Nguyen from FPT, who will serve as CEO of P3 Vietnam Ltd., with P3’s Robert Rendl acting as Chairman. An advisory board comprising executives from both companies will provide strategic oversight.

This collaboration marks a significant step for both FPT and P3 in their efforts to drive global digital transformation, combining their expertise to meet the needs of an increasingly competitive and technology-driven marketplace.
