The vines used to make Domaine du Mètèore’s Le Cratère Sparkling Rosé grow in and around this crater. This organic ‘Method Champenoise’ sparkling rosé, made from Syrah grapes, has delicate aromas of redcurrant and strawberry alongside a hint of citrus fruit and white pepper.
