Fat Phill’s Brings Smash Burgers and Bold Flavour to Clapham Junction with Debut London Launch

Karen ContrinoBy Karen Contrino25/11/20242 Mins Read
Netherland Burger Maestros, Fat Phill’s will open a debut London site this coming December, bringing their premium Smash Burgers, American Style Sandwiches and loaded fries to Clapham Junction in South West London.
Founded in 2019 by Armin Vahabian, Fat Phill’s is the fastest expanding  burger brand in the Netherlands with 18 locations and growing. Freshly Baked Ltd, the master franchisor behind Auntie Anne’s UK, has secured an agreement to develop and expand Fat Phill’s across the UK, starting with Clapham this December.
Central to the menu are their burgers – smashed to perfection the beef options include the signature ‘Double Cheeseburger’ – which can be tripled as you please and the ‘Big Belly’ – a quadruple cheeseburger with crispy bacon.  For those that like it hot then the ‘Tamale Burger’ is a must. A trio of chicken burgers are also available based on a ‘Nashville Hot Chicken’ they too can be doubled or tripled depending on your appetite. No diner is complete without a ‘Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich’ and this one doesn’t disappoint – thinly sliced ribeye steak topped with cheese, onions, jalapenos and Phill’s secret sauce – it’s a bestseller for a reason. Fries are always a good idea and at Fat Phill’s they can be loaded, layered, or just kept regular – the choice is yours. Sides include the always moorish ‘Mozzarella Sticks’ or ‘Buffalo Wings’ and Sauces go way beyond ketchup – from ‘Truffle Mayo’ to ‘Fat Phill’s own signature sauce’, there is one for each day of the week.
Where good food meets good vibes,  each dish is made to order in front of customers using high quality, fresh ingredients. Fat Phill’s will offer a quick and casual service via self-service kiosks for added convenience, complete with twenty seats meaning both eating in and take away are encouraged.
A place for everyone Fat Phill’s arrival into Clapham Junction looks set to be a Smash Hit.
